PRODUCT INFORMATION

Overview & application

1. Chemical Dosing System

The ODMS Chemical Dosing System is an integrated solution for the storage, preparation where required, metering and controlled injection of treatment chemicals into wastewater and industrial water treatment processes. Depending on the application, the system can be configured with chemical storage tanks, metering pumps, mixers, dosing pipelines, valves, instrumentation and control components.

It is widely used in municipal wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, sludge conditioning, coagulation and flocculation, pH adjustment, phosphorus removal and other chemical treatment processes. By delivering the required chemicals at controlled rates and concentrations, the system supports consistent process operation and helps operators manage chemical consumption.

Each system is configured according to the chemical type, required dosing rate, solution concentration, operating pressure, control method and site conditions. Whether integrated into a new treatment plant or connected to an existing process, ODMS provides application-based equipment selection to support reliable chemical dosing and system integration.

2. Automated and Reliable Chemical Preparation & Dosing

Automatic Preparation · Controlled Dosing · Continuous Supply · Integrated Control

The ODMS Integrated Polymer Preparation & Dosing System combines chemical preparation, mixing and dosing in one system, helping reduce manual handling, maintain consistent chemical supply and simplify wastewater and sludge treatment operations.
