PRODUCT INFORMATION
Overview & application
1. Product Introduction | ODMS Submersible Sewage Pump
The ODMS Submersible Sewage Pump is designed for lifting and transferring municipal sewage, industrial wastewater and liquid streams containing suspended solids. Installed underwater in collection pits, wet wells and pumping stations, it moves wastewater to downstream treatment processes and drainage systems.
With a large-passage flow design, selected models can handle wastewater containing solid particles, making them suitable for applications such as sewage collection, industrial wastewater transfer, building drainage and construction-site dewatering. Certain low-concentration sludge transfer duties may also be considered, subject to sludge characteristics and pump model suitability.
Pump selection is based on required flow rate, total dynamic head, solids size, liquid properties and installation conditions. For higher-solids or more viscous sludge, the pump type must be evaluated carefully to ensure reliable operation.
2. Designed for Reliable Wastewater Pumping
Application-Based Performance · Practical Installation · Maintainable Design
The ODMS Submersible Sewage Pump is selected around actual pumping requirements to support wastewater transfer in municipal and industrial treatment systems.
01 | Submerged Operation
Designed for Installation Within Pumping Sumps
The submersible configuration helps save surface space and supports installation in wastewater collection pits, wet wells and pumping stations.
02 | Solids Handling Capability
Selected for the Wastewater Being Pumped
Impeller design and solids passage must match the size and nature of suspended solids, fibrous materials and other potential obstructions in the wastewater.
03 | Flow & Head Matching
Pump Selection Based on Actual Duty Conditions
Flow rate, total dynamic head, pipeline losses and system operating requirements are evaluated to identify a suitable pump model.
04 | Installation & Maintenance Access
Configuration Matched to Site Conditions
Installation arrangements, discharge connections, lifting provisions and maintenance access are reviewed to support safe servicing and efficient project integration.
