PRODUCT INFORMATION
Overview & application
1. Product Introduction | Magnetic Levitation Turbo Blower
The ODMS Magnetic Levitation Turbo Blower is a high-speed, oil-free air supply system primarily used to provide process air for biological wastewater treatment. It delivers air to submerged aeration diffusers, supplying the oxygen required by microorganisms to break down biodegradable pollutants in municipal and industrial wastewater.
Using magnetic levitation bearing technology and high-speed direct-drive operation, the blower eliminates mechanical contact at the shaft bearings during normal operation and avoids the need for conventional bearing lubrication. Combined with variable-speed control, it can adjust airflow to match changing oxygen demand, helping improve operating efficiency and reduce energy consumption under suitable conditions.
The ODMS Magnetic Levitation Turbo Blower is suitable for wastewater treatment plants, industrial effluent treatment facilities and other aeration applications requiring continuous, controllable air supply. It is selected according to required airflow, discharge pressure, operating range and the characteristics of the aeration system.
2. Engineered for Efficient & Reliable Air Supply
Energy-Efficient Operation · Oil-Free Design · Adjustable Airflow · Reduced Maintenance
The ODMS Magnetic Levitation Turbo Blower integrates high-speed motor technology, contact-free magnetic bearings and intelligent controls to support efficient, reliable air supply for continuous wastewater treatment and industrial operations.
01 | High-Efficiency Turbo Technology
Optimized Energy Use for Continuous Air Supply
A high-speed permanent magnet motor and centrifugal impeller deliver compressed air directly, helping reduce mechanical transmission losses and improve operating efficiency.
02 | Oil-Free Magnetic Bearings
Contact-Free Operation Without Lubricating Oil
Active magnetic bearings support the rotating shaft without mechanical contact during normal operation, eliminating the need for bearing lubrication oil.
03 | Adjustable Airflow Control
Air Supply Matched to Process Demand
Variable-speed operation allows airflow to be adjusted within the blower's operating range, helping match changing aeration and process requirements.
04 | Reduced Mechanical Maintenance
Fewer Wear Components, Simplified Servicing
The contact-free bearing design eliminates routine oil changes and reduces mechanical wear associated with conventional lubricated bearings.
