PRODUCT INFORMATION

Overview & application

1. Product Introduction | ODMS Submersible Flow Propeller

The ODMS Submersible Flow Propeller is designed to generate directional water circulation and promote mixing in wastewater treatment tanks. Driven by a submerged motor and propeller, it moves liquid through the treatment zone, helps reduce stagnant areas and keeps suspended solids in motion under suitable operating conditions.

It is commonly used in anoxic tanks, anaerobic tanks, activated sludge systems, oxidation ditches and equalization tanks. By promoting liquid circulation and contact between wastewater and biomass, the flow propeller supports mixing in biological treatment processes without serving as an aeration device.

Available configurations can be selected according to tank dimensions, water depth, required flow pattern, liquid characteristics and installation conditions.

2. Submersible Flow Propeller Performance Characteristics

1). The submersible flow ejector has a compact structure, small size and light weight.

2). Simple operation and maintenance, convenient and quick installation, and long service life.

3). The blade has a self-cleaning function to prevent entanglement and blockage of debris.

4). It can substantially lower energy consumption, with an aerating system.

5). It can protect motors.

6). Mechanical sealing elements are good in corrosion resistance.

7). It is used for aeration tanks and anaerobic tanks of industrial and urban sewage treatment plants, and can also be used for creating water flows at the nitration, denitrification and dephosphorization stages of water circulation machines in tanks.

3. Where Is the Submersible Flow Propeller Used?

Designed for Mixing and Flow Generation in Wastewater Treatment

The submersible impeller is used to create controlled water movement in wastewater treatment tanks, supporting mixing and circulation in aeration, anaerobic, nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal processes.

01|Aeration Tanks : Maintain effective circulation and mixing.

02|Anaerobic Tanks : Promote uniform mixing without excessive aeration.

03|Denitrification Tanks : Create stable internal circulation for biological treatment.

04|Phosphorus Removal Tanks : Support uniform mixing and process conditions.
